18th April 2018: Welcome to Hidden House Collectables

A very warm welcome to Hidden House Collectables. I am so pleased to be able to throw open the virtual doors again and share my wonderful collection with you all. 2018 marks the start of a new chapter for Hidden House, I have relocated to the South West of England, in the heart of the beautiful Devonshire countryside. Its a wonderful part of the country with beautiful scenery, perfect for photographing the dolls and bears!  I hope that the website continues to inspire you and helps provide a useful resource for collectors. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about my collection or would like to comment about the website. 

From time to time I will be adding items for sale on the news page so please keep checking in for more information.

28th September 2018: Dolls for sale!

Hello everyone, Its been a while since my last Hidden House news, so I thought its about time I share an update with you. I've been very busy the past few months organising my collection for display which has meant sorting through countless boxes of dolls, bears, doll clothing and accessories.......I can't really complain as its been a joy to see them all again following the house move!

After reviewing the collection and finding that I have very little room left to display all of  the dolls and bears, I have made the heart wrenching decision to part with some of them. I'm in the process of compiling a list of dolls and bears for sale and over the next few weeks I will add details of each item available, here on the Hidden House news page.

If in the meantime you are looking for a specific doll from the Roche doll or Tonner doll collection please contact me......you never know I might have it for sale!

20th October 2018: New special Christmas fairy doll from Lynne and Michael Roche

Lynne and Michael have just released information about their Special Christmas fairy doll for 2018. She is Rowan an 8" all bisque, jointed doll from their Little friends collection. Rowan is in a very small edition of 8 pieces worldwide. Pre-orders for this doll have now sold out, congratulations to those lucky people who managed to get one of these lovely dolls.

29th October 2018: Dolls for sale!

As promised here are a couple of dolls for your consideration. Gigi a 14 inch bisque porcelain doll with wooden ball joints and painted eyes. Gigi was created for the Roche Doll collectors club in 1998 by Lynne and Michael Roche and is number 13 in her edition. She is in 'as new' condition and is complete except for a little shoulder bag.

Little friends Aimi by Lynne and Michael Roche, is a 7 inch bisque doll with wooden ball joints and painted eyes. Aimi was part of a special 'Summer Holiday' special box set created in 2007. I Purchased her as she is on the photos with her crotchet dress and hat, so that is what is included with her. Aimi is in 'as new' condition, perfect for re-dressing and would be a willing model for all collectors who like to make clothing for their dolls. She is number 3 in her edition and comes complete with her hang tag.

22nd November 2018: Dolls for sale!

Here is another very special doll for your consideration. Cicely Autumn, a 20" doll. She has porcelain head and hands with an articulated lime-wood body by Lynne and Michael Roche and is number 2 in her edition. She is in 'as new' condition and is complete with hang tagg She is incredibly beautiful and her clothing is wonderful. She has appeared in a couple of photos that you may have seen on this website and if you have ever searched for images of Roche Dolls.
