The Collection, where it all began

My fascination with Dolls and Teddy bears began at a very early age with this little fellow...Teddy Edward.

He is a Chiltern 'Hugmee' bear that belonged to my Mom, a gift from her Auntie when she was born. Mom had kept some of her childhood toys, so there were always dolls and bears around our house....Edward was my favourite.

Teddy Edward has been very well loved by many generations of my family, he's a real treasure that has survived 70 years of adoration.

He has now retired from public service and happily resides with the other dolls and teddy bears in my collection.

The only photo of Edward we have. He's in the pram, with my Mom and her younger sister standing behind holding their pet rabbits, 1960.
